The “Education Satisfaction System” is a guideline and a pledge of the Korean Language Center, Kyung Hee University, to take responsibility and strive to ensure that students will have a high level of satisfaction with the education provided. We will continue to fulfill our pledges as follows:

1. In the summer course of 2021, the number of new students enrolled in the Korean Language Center reached its highest record. This record would have been impossible without high lecture quality and student approval. We promise to plan and prepare to ensure even better-quality lectures in future.

2. The COVID-19 situation is still very serious. To create a safer classroom environment, we will constantly monitor and renew preventive measures in the classroom. Therefore, from this summer course onwards, transparent screens, disinfecting wipes, and face shields (for teachers) will be additionally provided in classrooms.

3. Student course evaluations will be conducted twice. The first evaluation will be held after one-third of the course has been conducted and the second evaluation will be held after the course has ended. The first evaluation is held to help teachers take account of feedback and add new material if needed for the rest of the course.

4. Additional support resources such as tutors and supplementary classes will be provided for students who have difficulty keeping up with the lecture progress. Learning a new foreign language is not an easy task. We will be by your side to help you adjust, just as friends and family would.

5. We will strive to do our best in other areas as well. For example, we will prepare a variety of excellent cultural programs so that you can truly experience Korea outside the classroom as soon as the current Covid-19 situation subsides
